I am blown away by the results of this detox. Although it was challenging, it was so good for me, physically and mentally. Can’t wait to do it again. Life changing!
I've had tons of stomach issues that doctors can't explain. I heard Niykee's story and figured I'd try this detox to see if it could help my stomach as well. I was very pleased with how my body was able to handle all of the ingredients. My stomach felt so good while on the detox, I'm now planning to incorporate these meals into my everyday diet. The results of this detox spoke for themselves. I'll definitely be doing this again!
Seriously, this detox plan is magic! I was totally skeptical because I’ve never been into those “lose weight fast” schemes but after getting older and packing on a few pounds i figured I would give it a try. This is not by any means a fad diet or a scheme but it sure did work!!! What’s even better is I feel so much better, my skin is clear for the first time in I cannot remember and I am down weight!!! Also, it really works with cravings and keeping you from wanting junk food. My boyfriend got Chinese while I was doing the detox and typically I can’t control myself but I wanted nothing more than my easy prep pea soup! The second day into the detox I had a terrible headache and was really weak and tired but after that it was smooth sailing! I love this approach because you are eating all natural Whole Foods and can eat more of those if you get hungry. I am going to start the fat flush diet plan after this but feel super motivated and ready to get my body back into shape! Highly recommend!!
Ok so I’ve been wanting to try this detox forever. Everyone raved about how great it was and how it tasted good. First of all you have to go in to this week on a supper strict and motivated headspace. Second the soups taste good but the blended texture is disgusting, I got use to it after day 4. I also have to say, I did this not to detox or to loose weight but because I was eating like crap. I needed to get back on a healthier lifestyle, this was it. I didn’t follow all of the rules like I had my coffee, I switched up the smoothie she gave, but in all I completed the whole week. I lost 7 pounds and since the detox I’ve been incorporating veggies and fruits in every meal. I am still making her soups but without the blended option now that I’m done. If I ever feel like crap again or fall off I will definitely do this detox again!!
