My lifestyle is so hectic, when I get booked for a performance or photoshoot, I usually don't have that much time to prepare. In the past, I would fast completely and do rigorous cardio, which may have worked a little bit at the time, but it left me malnourished and deprived. After meetng my trainer/fiance Jeff Logan, He adivsed me on how I can achieve the same results (and better) without starving or punishing my body. This guide may not work for everyone, it is not tailored to each individual person's body and needs. I am simply making my plan and regimine available so you can try it at your own risk, and see if what works for me also works for you! If you have a big event coming up soon and want to see if you can shed a few pounds and gain a ton of confidence, then try it out! I call it a "Quick Tone" guide because even though it is a "meal plan", I've noticed that after 5 days of following this guide my body looks leaner and more toned, shedding almost all the water weight I may have been holding on to.
