Im not gonna lie, I was super excited to start this diet. Day 1 went super well, Day 2 I felt like death. I was nauseous, had a migraine and was so absolutely exhausted I had to call off of work. I heavily relied on the lemonade and peppermint tea and started feeling better later that day. The next 2 days I had lots of bloating and a slight headache. Day 5-7 I felt good, more energetic! I only ended up losing about 5 pounds but I am happy to say I got through it and will continue to do this detox and increase the number of days each time!
